EBP Supply Solutions offers a wide variety of benefits including compensation, health benefits, training, development and many other opportunities.



Medical, Dental & Vision

Medical Coverage

Includes services such as hospital and physician care, as well as prescriptions. Medical coverage is important. If you or one of your family members needs care, it's reassuring to know you have access to medical coverage that provides protection against the high cost of medical care.

 

Dental Coverage

Includes routine, major and orthodontic care.

 

Vision Coverage

Plan aids with routine vision exams, frames, and lenses.

401(k) Plan

Reduce taxable income and save for retirement by contributing to the plan on a before-tax basis. Participation in our 401(k) is convenient via payroll deductions.

EBP Supply Solutions will match 25% of the first 6% of your before-tax contributions.

New employees can start contributing to the 401(k) plan the first of the month following two months of employment. They are 100% vested in their contributions, as well as employer matching contributions.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for certain health care and dependent day care expenses.


Health Care Flexible Spending Account

You decide how much to contribute to the health care flexible spending account (within certain guidelines) for costs not already covered by your medical, dental, or vision plan.

 

Dependent Day Care Spending Account

You decide how much to contribute to the dependent day care spending account (within certain guidelines) for dependent day care costs that allows you to work.

Disability Income

Disability income is designed to provide you and your family financial security if you are sick or injured and cannot work for some time.


Short-Term Disability (STD)

Begins on the seventh consecutive day of disability and continues through 12 weeks of disability. You'll receive 60% of your pre-disability earnings, up to an annual maximum as a benefit. You may purchase Enhanced STD coverage that offers an addition percentage of your pre-disability earnings, up to an annual maximum.

 

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Begins at the end of your STD coverage. EBP Supply Solutions provides an LTD benefit of 60% of your pre-disability earnings, up to an annual maximum. You may purchase optional Enhanced LTD coverage that offers an additional percentage of your pre-disability earnings, up to an annual maximum.

Life Insurance

Gives you peace of mind, knowing that you've provided for your family if anything happens to you


Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Provides basic life and AD&D insurance. In addition to this basic coverage, you may purchase optional enhanced levels of this insurance.

 

Dependent Life Insurance

You may purchase separate life insurance for your spouse or dependent children -- even if you don't elect additional life insurance for yourself.

 

All life insurance policies are provided with conversion privileges, as well as being portable.

Other Benefits

Flextime Work Schedule

Flextime is a provision that gives employees the flexibility to perform their assigned duties outside of conventional business hours. It provides an alternative means to fulfill work requirements. Participating in a flextime program is strictly voluntary.

 

Flexible work hours can help motivate staff, improve productivity, accommodate education activities or routine health appointments, and promote a culture that respects work-life balance.

 

Employee Wellness Committee

EBP Supply Solutions’ Wellness Committee was established to promote healthy lifestyles–leading to happier, healthier, and more productive lives for us all. The Committee is comprised of employees from all the various company departments / divisions to gain valuable insight / ideas / focus from our diverse employee population. The Committee’s goals are to provide employees with the following:

  • An opportunity to begin or maintain healthy lifestyles

  • A better understanding of the benefits of healthy living

  • Information and assistance with existing conditions and suggestions on how to achieve specific goals

  • A way to help combat rising health care costs by targeting the most common health risks

 

Employee Activities Committee

EBP Supply Solutions’ Activities Committee was established to provide discounts and programs to promote employee engagement, social awareness and camaraderie. The Committee is comprised of employees from various departments / divisions to organize functions, fundraisers and events for the company and employees to enjoy while encouraging teamwork in a friendly atmosphere.

Employee Assistance Program

EBP Supply Solutions in connection with our health benefits provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, emotional well-being, and their physical & mental health.

 

Tuition Reimbursement

EBP Supply Solutions recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization. The tuition reimbursement program encourages personal development through formal education so that employees can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within EBP Supply Solutions. EBP Supply Solutions will reimburse tuition expenses, books and registration fees for a maximum of two (2) courses per year for eligible employees who satisfactorily complete an approved course.
